MM4X4 TRADE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By signing in to the MM4X4 Trade website, you agree that/to:
- indemnify MM4X4, its directors, officers, employees, suppliers and agents to the fullest extent permitted by law, from and against all Loss however occurring to you or anyone else arising out of, or in any way connected with, the installation or use of our products or this website;
- your Australian owned business operates as an experienced 4WD accessory fitter, vehicle workshop, or auto-electrical service, and that your business has an ABN.
- MM4X4 does not offer a credit/account arrangement and all invoices are required to be paid in full via Direct Debit before orders will be dispatched.
- sale prices offered on the retail website will not apply to trade orders.
- provide your customers with ongoing technical support in relation to their lockup kit, and liaise with MM4X4 Technical Support as needed to enable you to provide that ongoing technical support.
- provide each customer with the sealed Customer Information Pack which is provided with each kit containing, most importantly, the Operating Instructions, Warranty Registration Card, and in some models, a Sunvisor Quick Reference Card, and may also contain leaflets specific to their model vehicle.
- your workshop details will be provided for potential customers on the MM4X4 retail website and you are responsible to ensure that the information is correct and that you provide us with up-to-date information.
- MM4X4 has the right to withdraw your registration at any time.
- you have the right to request that your registration is withdrawn at any time.
- upon acceptance of your application to the MM4X4 Trade website you will be provided with a username and default password. You must update the password at your first opportunity.
- your application must provide your legal full name, legally registered company name, valid email address, shipping address, ABN, and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process. Only companies which meet MM4X4 criteria will be accepted.
- should you install our products you shall use qualified electrical automotive technicians.
- product packages offered by you which include our products (eg, engine tune plus a MM4X4 lockup kit) must clearly identify the product brand as MM4X4.
- modification (including re-branding) of MM4X4 lockup kits is not permitted.
- you are responsible for the security and privacy of login, password, and payment details entered on the Trade website, which may provide purchasing capabilities. MM4X4 will not take responsibility for misuse of stored payment details associated with your login account.
- advertised features and performance of MM4X4 products must be accurate (eg, in your social media advertising or online store descriptions).
- if an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be offered via the same means of your original payment.
- MM4X4 may send offers, updates, newsletters and other relevant information about MM4X4 products to your registered email address.
- MM4X4, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your access and refuse any and all current or future sales to you for any reason at any time.
- documents provided to you by the MM4X4 Trade website, or other means, shall not be re-distributed, in hardcopy or electronically, without authorisation from MM4X4. This includes, but is not limited to price lists and installation booklets.
- email correspondence between MM4X4 and you may not be redistributed without authorisation from MM4X4.
- MM4X4 reserves the right to update and change these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice.
- these Terms & Conditions will become effective upon MM4X4’s acceptance of your application to access the MM4X4 Trade website.
